- The disciples followed Jesus into a storm
- God sometimes put us in a place so that we can see him like we have never seen him before
- They panicked in the storm
- Suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea and waves were covering the ship
- Some of them were fishermen that had seen storms
- Jesus was asleep during the storm
- Sometimes in life we have to call on Jesus
- We try to fix problems ourselves, but we find out that we can't do it
- They called on Jesus for help
- It's only when we call Jesus that it makes a difference
- Jesus calmed the storm
- The disciples then were no longer scared of the storm, but were scared of the One on the ship with them because they never saw that miracle before
- It's time to see Jesus in a different light
- It's only in the storm that we see Jesus in a different light
